Software Improvements will be demonstrating eVACS^® at the 15th Annual Conference of the Association of Central and Eastern European Election Officials (ACEEEO). Carol Boughton, Managing Director, Software Improvements will also be presenting a paper on "Electronic Election Imperatives".
