Company History

Software Improvements (previously known as Cohesive Strategies) was established in Canberra in 1992.

Software Improvements provides a wide variety of software improvement services, covering acquisition, development and deployment processes.

In 2001 Software Improvements applied its proven expertise in critical system software development processes to the development of the first internationally provable open, transparent and verifiable electronic voting and counting election system (eVACS^®). More information on the successful implementation of eVACS^® can be found here.

eVACS^® has been redeveloped (using Ada, the provable language for critical systems) to suit all types of election systems. Please contact Software Improvements to find out more.
